Getting there and the practical bits

level access

Timber huts have seating and a worktop but no electricity or heating. The accessible brick chalets have level access, heating and a kitchenette; Tern has its own accessible toilet. Public toilets and Changing Places facilities are beside the village.

Check the walking distance, steps and parking arrangements for your chosen hut. Facilities can have seasonal opening hours.

Weather, tides and water

Check the latest forecast and tide times shortly before you travel. A forecast available today may not cover your planned visit.

See current beach conditions

Follow local lifeguard advice and beach safety signs. Tide predictions do not tell you whether it is safe to swim.

A little more to your day

Leave time for a walk, a picnic or something nearby. Check opening hours, access and any separate booking requirements.
