Maldon Promenade Park – Mallard

Mallard is one of eight named day-hire huts in The Valley at Maldon’s Promenade Park. This is a park setting beside the Splash Park and play areas, rather than a hut on an open bathing beach. Each hut accommodates up to six people, including babies and children.

A cupboard, four deckchairs, lighting, power sockets and a kettle are supplied. Bring water, cups and anything you would like for drinks. The usual hire day is 10am to 6pm. Public toilets and changing facilities are nearby; park admission and attraction charges should be checked separately, and car parking is not included.

Booking is handled by Maldon Promenade Petting Zoo through the official visitor website. Pets are not allowed in the fenced Valley and hut area, apart from assistance animals. Read the provider’s booking conditions and collection instructions before your visit.
