Kingfisher is one of eight named day-hire huts in The Valley at Maldon’s Promenade Park. This is a park setting beside the Splash Park and play areas, rather than a hut on an open bathing beach. Each hut accommodates up to six people, including babies and children. Kingfisher has step-free access.

Maldon’s huts are in a park setting rather than on an open bathing beach. The eight bird-named huts provide a base beside the Splash Park and the Galleon and Valley play areas.

Four deckchairs, a kettle and power are supplied, but bring water, cups and drink supplies. Public toilets and changing facilities are nearby, and parking is charged separately.

Dogs on the beach
